Cannot access Ebay or Amazon all the sudden
This just started happening within the past couple of days as I had no issues before! I have run my virus scanner and malwarebytes and they both show clean.

It is quite likely that IE has been hijacked by an Adware infection, please run the scan below and post the log.
Check that the download location is set to the Desktop in which ever browser you will be using to download any of the tools we may use: How to change the download location in IE, Firefox, Chrome and Opera
Click on this link to download : ADWCleaner Click on the Download Now button and save it to your desktop.
NOTE: If using Internet Explorer and you get an alert that stops the program downloading click on Tools Smartscreen Filter Turn off Smartscreen Filter then click on OK in the box that opens. Then click on the link again.
Close your browser and double click on this icon on your desktop: 
You will then see the screen below, click on the Scan button (as indicated), accept any prompts that appear and allow it to run, it may take several minutes to complete, when it is done click on the Clean button, accept any prompts that appear and allow the system to reboot. You will then be presented with the report, Copy Paste it into your next post.
NOTE: If for any reason the report does not appear, open Windows Explorer and click on the C: drive in the left pane, in the right pane you should find a new folder called Adwcleaner, double click on it and you will see the saved logs. Find the log that has a number in brackets starting with an S NOT R, similar to this: Adwcleaner[S1], double click on the one with the highest number and the log will open, Copy Paste it into your reply.

You have posted the results from the Scan. The instructions ask you to use the Clean button after the Scan and then post the log produced after the reboot. You also did not change your download location as requested, this is purely for convenience so it won’t have had any effect on the scan result.
Please complete the instructions as it has found several items of Adware which need to be removed using the Clean button.

The log is now correct and all those items should have been removed. It does show in the log that you downloaded a second copy of Adwcleaner which you didn’t need to do so you can delete the duplicate from your Downloads folder.
To be sure all those items have been completely removed please repeat the Scan and Clean and post the new log.
Has your problem withe eBay and Amazon been fixed?

Could have been some setting in ie got messed up. for a quick fix; In internet explorer, you could try going to:
tools internet options advanced reset
This is an easy step that has a pretty good success rate for me at fixing odd problems.

I have never seen that prompt appear when doing a Reset, so not sure what is wrong there.
Lets try something else.
Click on Start All Programs Accessories System Tools Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)
Now see if you can access those sites, let me know the outcome and please also run Adwcleaner again as in my last post.
